Coffee cakes are a big favorite right now and I like to bake one once a week :) This time I made a cake with the taste of coffee and chocolate. I used both cocoa powder and chopped chocolate in the batter and chose to leave the chocolate pieces quite large. The cake was really moist and delicious!
Choklad Kaffekaka
75 g smör
1 1/4 dl socker
1 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
1 msk kakaopulver
3/4 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
0,5 dl espresso, svalt
50 g hackad choklad, mörk och vit
Värm ugnen till 175 C. Vispa smör och socker fluffigt. Blanda i ägget. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i en smord och mjölad bakform och grädda kakan i ca 30 minuter. Låt svalna och dekorera med smält choklad.
Chocolate Coffee Cake
75 g butter
1 1/4 dl sugar
1 egg
1,5 dl flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
0,5 dl espresso, cool
50 g chopped chocolate, dark and white
Heat the oven to 175 ° C. Beat the butter and sugar fluffy. Mix in the egg. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin and bake the cake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool and decorate with melted chocolate.
