Cookies keeps for several days and I think it's good to have a bowl filled with cookies that you can take from for your afternoon coffee or as a dessert in the evening. These are not overly sweet, which I like, but if you like sweeter ones then just add more sugar. You do not need to use stevia sugar or coconut sugar, ordinary white sugar works as well. I like the combination of coconut sugar and stevia sugar so therefore I use them.
Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies
10 cookies
50 g butter, softened
0.5 dl coconut sugar
2 tbsp stevia sugar, Good Good Via Health
1 egg
1.5 dl oats
1.5 dl flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
3 tbsp chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 175 C degrees. In a bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
Add the egg and mix. Stir in oats, flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.

0,5 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
3 msk chokladbitar
