Satiating breakfast, which you can make in the evening and is ready to eat the following morning. Perfect and good for you who are in a hurry in the morning and don't have time to make breakfast. This can also be taken in a jar and eaten later at work or at school.
Overnight Oats med Hampa & Bär
1,5 dl havregryn
1,5 dl mandelmjölk
2 msk yoghurt, Alpro
0,5 dl frysta bär
0,5 msk chiafrön
0,5 tsk kardemumma
0,5 tsk kanel
sötningsmedel, efter smak (lönnsirap, agave...)
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Ställ i kylen övernatten.
