This is a moist cake with taste of chocolate and Baileys. If you do not have Baileys you can surely use another creamy liqueur. The cake has a good taste of the alcohol, but is not too strong. A perfect cake for a cup of coffee.
Baileys & Chokladkaka
75 g smör, smält
2 dl mjöl
1 dl socker
2 msk kakaopulver
1 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
50 g chokladknappar
2 ägg
1 dl Baileys
Smält smöret och låt svalna. Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en skål. Blanda sedan i smör, ägg och Baileys till en slät smet. Häll smeten i en smord och mjölad bakform. Grädda kakan i 175 C ca 30 minuter.

75 g butter, melted
2 dl flour
1 dl sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
50 g chocolate buttons
2 eggs
