To start the morning with pancakes is both yummy and luxurious. These pancakes have pieces of banana in them, which I think is delicious, but it's ok to mash the banana also, if you want to. I wish you a nice day!
Havre-Bananplättar
2 ägg
1 dl havregryn
1 banan, tärnad
0,5 dl mandelmjölk
1 tsk kokossocker
1/4 tsk kanel
en nypa salt
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser och låt smeten stå 10 minuter. Värm en stekpanna med olja och stek plättar.
Oat Banana Pancakes
2 eggs
1 dl oatmeal
1 banana, diced
0.5 dl almond milk
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
