These bliss balls were so-so deliciously chewy and reminiscent of gingerbread dough. Gingerbread dough is actually almost better than the actual baked gingerbread, Do you agree? These are rich in protein and contain good fats from coconut oil and peanut butter. Have you already baked with gingerbread spices or do you wait with Christmas flavours closer to Christmas?
Gingerbread Protein Bliss Balls
10 pcs
1 dl cinnamon swirl protein powder (Cellucor)
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp peanut butter
1.5-2 tbsp water
1 tsp coconut oil
0.5 tsp gingerbread spice
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into balls. Store in the fridge.

2 msk mandelmjöl
1 msk jordnötssmör
1,5-2 msk vatten
1 tsk kokosolja
0,5 tsk pepparkakskrydda
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och forma till bollar. Förvara i kylen.
