Daim Brownies
about 15 pcs
140 g butter, soft
3 dl coconut sugar
2 eggs
2 dl cocoa powder
1 dl gluten-free flour
1 tsp vanilla
one pinch of salt
Daim, chopped
Stir together the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs and stir well. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into a baking pan, 20 cm, and top with chopped Daim. Bake in 160 C degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
Daim Brownies

140 g smör, mjukt
3 dl kokossocker
2 ägg
2 dl kakaopulver
1 dl glutenfritt mjöl
1 tsk vanilj
en nypa salt
Daim, hackad
Rör ihop smör och socker i en skål. Tillsätt äggen och rör om väl. Tillsätt sedan resten av ingredienserna och rör om tills slät. Häll i en bakform, 20 cm, och toppa med hackad Daim. Grädda i 160 C grader i 25-30 minuter. Låt svalna.
