High protein muffins which can be eaten for breakfast after a workout or as a snack. They are compact, yet moist and fluffy. They contain no added sugar, the sweetness comes from the banana.
Banana Peanut Butter Protein Muffins
4 pcs
0.5 banana, mashed
0.5 dl peanut butter
0.5 dl rolled oats
1 tbsp Sunwarrior chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
0.5 tsp vanilla
jam
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Divide the batter between four small muffin cups and top with jam. Bake at 175 C degrees for 10 minutes.

1 msk Sunwarrior choklad proteinpulver
1 msk malda linfrön
0,5 tsk vanilj
