Oatmeal with chia and superfood powder. My mother in law sent a bag of superfood powder to us and it can be used in eg. smoothies, yogurt, or as here in oatmeal. Very tasty and filling!
Chia Superfood Gröt
2-2,5 dl vatten
1 dl havregryn
1 tsk chiafrön
1 tsk superfood-pulver (nässlor, rönnbär, hampafrön, ringblomma)
salt
Koka upp 2 dl vatten och blanda i havregrynen. Koka några
minuter och tillsätt sedan chiafrön. Koka ytterligare några minuter. Blanda i
mera vatten om det behövs. Blanda sedan i superfood-pulver och salt.
Chia Superfood Oatmeal
2-2.5 dl water
1 dl rolled oats
1 chia seeds
1 tsp superfood powder (nettle, rowan berries, hemp seeds, marigold)
salt
Bring to boil 2 dl water and mix in the oats. Boil for a few
minutes, then add the chia seeds. Boil for a few more minutes. Mix in more
water if necessary. Stir in superfood powder and salt.
